Only 16 days left before I leave for an amazing adventure. I will be going to the Perry Point campus in Perryville,Md to be amongst many young people who love the same thing as me. The love of volunteering. Helping others has always been something I love to do and want to do. I was born to serve others and I truly believe that. I can not wait to meet my team, team leader and everyone and anyone.... I will admit I am a little nervous and scared to just pick up and leave everything I know. but I have faith it will turn out for the best and my family especially my father will be okay when I'm gone.
This blog is going to be for my friends and family and for anyone else looking to get into the program and wants to know more about it. I will be posting lots of pictures on here and facebook. I will try to keep a weekly update on this but no promises.... who knows where I'll be and if I'll have an internet connection.... Once I know what unit I'll be in I will be able to post my address so ya'll can send me presents lol So for now only 16 days!!!!!! Can't fricken wait!!!!
